A pulse beneath the noise.
A quiet knowing that you were never broken—only disconnected.
What if healing wasn’t about fixing what’s wrong, but returning to what’s always been whole…a returning home to yourself.
Come…rest in a space where your pain is honored, your story is safe, and your healing becomes holy. You don’t have to do it all alone anymore.

I am Ali Wilks, generational healing guide and founder of Re-Root to Rise- a summit for pattern brakers. My personal healing journey began when I noticed familiar patterns showing up in my life and relationships—patterns that seemed to echo through my family history despite everyone’s best intentions.
What I discovered changed everything: through my own healing journey, I found that when we approach generational patterns with self compassion and courage, we become pivotal points for transformation that extends through time.
I believe we each hold incredible potential for healing—not just for ourselves, but for our entire lineages. When we heal our relationship with ourselves and our family stories, we create ripples that transform families, communities, and ultimately our world.
I come from a lineage shaped by survival. My parents were born in Nazi-occupied Holland, raised in rubble and on rations. That legacy of endurance ran in my blood—but so did the silent cost: disconnection, emotional suppression, and over-functioning.
Like so many women, I learned early on to be the strong one, the capable one, the one who doesn’t ask for help.
For years, I wore my independence like armor.
I prided myself on being efficient, driven, and unfailingly self-reliant.
But beneath the surface?
I was exhausted. Grieving. Longing. Disconnected from my body and its wisdom.
I had abandoned the feminine within me… The feminine isn’t weakness. It’s life-force.

BUT…What I didn’t see then was how deeply I mistrusted the masculine.
Not just in men—but in life itself.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped believing that anyone—or anything—could hold me.
And so I held it all.
Overfunctioned. Controlled. Managed. Micromanaged.
I exhausted myself trying to be both the container and the flow, the doer and the feeler, the protector and the nurturer.
But that was the wounded masculine running the show—both around me and within me.
It took years of healing, surrender, and sacred rebalancing to realize:
I was never meant to do it all alone.
There was a time when I believed that the wounds I carried — especially the ones passed through the motherline — were mine alone to bear.
I thought healing meant fixing.
I thought freedom meant fighting.
I thought power meant doing it all myself.
But deep within, my soul always knew:
The places where I felt the most fractured were actually the places where the deepest healing could happen.
And that true liberation is not about escaping our roots — it’s about re-rooting ourselves in something far more sacred: our own wholeness.
And that healing is not linear.
It’s cyclical. Elemental. Generational.
The path home to yourself isn’t a straight line—it’s a spiral.
"I believe women are truly the fulcrum point for healing on this planet. When we heal our relationship with ourselves and our lineage, we create ripples that transform our families, communities, and ultimately our world."
